Heads-up for U.S. customers:

As of the 29th of August onwards.

I have decided to temporarily suspend all U.S orders until we 100% find out exaclty what the charges etc will be moving forward.

From what we know your order MAY be subject to a U.S. 10% plus additional fees costing up to $80 USD import tariff payable it arrives.

This fee is set by U.S. Customs and isn’t included in your order total — the carrier will collect it if it applies.

You will need to pay the 10% Tarrif charge & any other charges, failure to pay may result in delays, returns or additional costs.

Clay By Design Aus will not be resposible for retured parcels due to not paying your Tarrif fees and will not refund any returned parces.

These fees are completely out of our control. This is devastating to my business as you all can imagine.
