U.S. customers:

Your order may be subject to a 10% U.S. import tariff when it arrives.

This fee is set by U.S. Customs and isn’t included in your order total — the carrier will collect it if it applies.

All countries are 100% responsible for any import taxes, duties, VAT charge etc

Clay By Design Aus will not be held responsible for returned ordered that taxes and or charges have not been paid. We will not refund your order if you refuse to pay your Country taxes.

 

All orders are posted with tracking information.  Clay By Design can not be responsible for your parcel once in Australia Posts hands.  Please contact Australia Post with your tracking information should your parcel be lost or not arrived.
